Halo nevus, Halo phenomenon, Poliosis. On histopathologic examination, the nevus cells appeared unremarkable and showed no evidence of malignancy. It is sometimes called a Mallen streakafter a fictional family with hereditary poliosis. This case is a rare case of melanosis oris with Poliosis which has to be followed up regularly to see any changes in the pigmentation if it occurs. Excisional biopsy of the pigmented nevus was performed.
